🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to ship?
All of our products are printed on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us at support@togetherwefightapparel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in original condition. Because our products are print-on-demand, please contact us before sending anything back.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@togetherwefightapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
What if my item is defective or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace the item, issue a full refund, or provide store credit — whichever you prefer.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
📏 Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking measurements before ordering, as our products are print-on-demand and size exchanges may be limited.
Do your shirts run true to size?
Generally yes, but it varies by style. Check the size chart on the product page for the most accurate fit guidance.
📦 Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun. Email us immediately at support@togetherwefightapparel.com and we'll do our best to help.
I ordered the wrong size — what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If production hasn't started, we may be able to adjust your order. Unfortunately, size errors after production cannot be returned under our standard policy.
