Shipping Policy

Processing times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM MST may be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after shipment.
- Overnight: Next-business-day delivery where available.
Shipping carriers & tracking
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on service, cost, and destination. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of order confirmation, contact apparelempowering@gmail.com.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on shipping method and destination. Free shipping promotions (if offered) will list minimum order amounts and any exclusions on the promotion details.
International shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to U.S. addresses.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, first check with neighbors and your local post office/carrier, then contact us at apparelempowering@gmail.com so we can assist. For damaged shipments, keep packaging and take photos. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — do not discard packaging until instructed.
Address changes & returns to sender
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we may be able to reroute the package for a fee. Contact us as soon as possible at apparelempowering@gmail.com. Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus original shipping and return shipping costs, or reshipped at the customer’s expense once a correct address is provided.
